What Causes Tingling In Foot/leg, High Cholesterol, Fluid Retention When Experiencing Menopause?

I have been experiencing tingling in my right foot / leg for some weeks now. Iam 53 weigh 65 kilos and have been through a very stressful period in my life. I have some fluid retention in my legs and a high choloetrol reading. I am also experiencing menopause. I am very tired a lot of the time. I am concerned.
