Hello, thanks for choosing health Care magic for consultation. I understand your pain and you worry about treatment.
If Patients with such complains come to me then I generally give amoxicillinclavulanic acid 625 two times a day for 7 days Pain killer containing serratiopeptidase and diclofenac three times a day for three days. Sitz bath with betadine and again assess after three days of antibiotics if symptoms relieved in some extent then I continue the treatment. If not it is definitely advisable to go for surgery involving removal of cyst.
Most of the time surgery is the cure.
It can be sebaceous cyst or bartholin cyst but procedure are comparatively similar in after care.
Many of the times secretions of glands get entrapped and get infected so cyst gets formed.
hope this helps. feel free to ask again if having any query.
