What Causes The Platelet Count To Drop Gradually?

hi, my CBC test revealed today that my RBC was 3.99 & my platelet count was 109, in January it was 149,for the last 3 years it has decreased . I am healthy no other issues, my iron has always been a little low.would you recommend i see a Hematologist ?

it is thrombocytopenia. dengue fever is diagnostic for this. it helps to form clot there may be bone marrow depression. it can be due to some disease or drug.you can consult physician for examination and find out related other signs and symptoms. the cause of problem is to be treated.
