What Causes Symptoms Of Physical Exhaustion, Dizziness And Palpitations?

Hi, I was severely anaemic after 1300ml blood loss when my baby was born 10 weeks ago. My iron level bloods came back normal this week, but i m still suffering with the symptoms so much it s affecting my every-day life, i struggle to do anything. I was getting better but then my periods started and i got worse. I m fully breastfeeding and have a 4 and 2 year old too, so i dont get to rest much. My symptoms are; physical exhaustion, dizziness, shakiness, breathlessness, migraine, visual disturbances, difficulty concentrating and sometimes heart palpitations. What else could it be? Should i continue with the iron tablets? (210mg x3 a day). Please help.
