HIV and Cancer have their specific history or family history and some other factors or specific symptoms which are not visible in your presented history here ...and you should not make yourself even about thinking regarding HIV & Cancer... all you need is a Visit to GP / ENT consultant for proper evaluation of this swelling by detailed history , Clinical examination, work up which may include some Labs and or Ultrasound of that swelling if needed for diagnosis and then treatment.
