I am having swelling of my vaginal inner & outter lips. They are very tender and feel raw. I often use a cotton ball with vinegar to clean that area to help prevent yeast infections as I am prone to them. When I did this yesterday there was extreme burning. I washed with cool water and this helped some. Everything seemed ok. I had relations with my boyfriend and performed a rather prolonged, vigerous oral sex. This morning I am extremely swolen and painful. I have tried vagisil and that burns. I have tried lidocaine and that burned and has only helped some. I am an older woman and have never experienced anything like this before.
