What Causes Swelling In Lower Part Of Stomach?
Hello Sir,
My wife has swelling in lower part of stomach, doctor said its because of infection and Doctor gave her following medicines :
Mahaces-200 Morning and evening
Vomikind MD4
T-98 (morning and evening)
Histac -150 (morning and evening)
After taking it just onces she started complaining about stomach ache, rashes, and depression, breathing problem (she says she can breath properly). Please suggest me wt could be the problem.. She eats less like she has 1 chapati and 2 eggs after that she takes medicine.is it enough to take medicine? I appreciate your help. Thanks

Noted the history about your wife and understood the concerns.
Swelling in the lower abdomen indicates intestinal infection as one of the possibilities and ideally Mahacef, Vomikind, T-98 and Histac is a fine treatment but development of stomach ache, rashes, depression, breathing difficulty all indicate that this may be an extension of the present intestinal problem or can be due to reaction to any of the medicines hence it is imperative that you take her to the nearby hospital to have clinical evaluation, examination, investigations of the blood, stool and urine, ultrasonography of the abdomen and any other tests as needed.
It is better to keep her under observation for 24 hours period to get a proper evaluation and management.
Stop the medications till she has been seen by a Doctor.
Do not treat anything at home.
