Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

Usually swelling of the ankle is common post pregnancy and there is nothing much to worry. Use compression bandage and keep legs elevated over the pillow when lying down. Also do simple postpartum exercises like ankle toe movements, static quadriceps, and static hamstring. This should help good venous return and swelling can be avoided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
