What Causes Swelling And Pain Around Operated Hydrocele?

i am p.kumar 32 year old my left hydrocele operated on 20/12/2013, on 27/12 during dressig dr.says swelling occured &come back on1/1/2014 from yesterday i feelig pain in left thigh joint.stitching is not removed till now.antibiotic is continued pl.guide.

It is infected and accumulation of fluid in sac. Give warm phomantation and antibiotic to be continued. Anal gesic anti in flamatory may be given. If required a drainage may be given. If required the anti biotic may be changed.
