What Causes Sudden Feeling Of Dizziness With Blurred Vision?
I am having sudden dizzy spells feeling light headed and blurred vision. I first notived it when I woke up feeling fine in bed but when I put my head up the room started spinning and vision blurred. Then it coniues a few times per day lasting just a couple seconds?

it may be due to lack of sleep or improper sleep as well. how about you doing exercise daily? are you one of a kind? if not then try doing it on a regular basis. sometimes due to electrolyte imbalance or weakness such symptoms arise. keep yourself good hydrated as well.
