Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, the lisinopril, worked to control the tachycardia. So you have to continue the lisinopril, and have periodical cardiac examinations. Avoid taking excess of salt, fats, and calories. In the transitional period there is weakness, as they are not there don't worry about it. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
