Hi,

Pain & flatulence can be because of allergy due to food, gastritis/constipation, IBS, GERD, indigestion, Lactose intolerance, food poisoning & E. coli infection. Avoid taking oily spicy food, add fiber in diet, stay well hydrated, do regular exercises.

Get physically examined & evaluated. Get CBC, Urinalysis, required Imaging tests done. In the meantime you can take antacids, PPI's , Rabeprazole or Pantoprazole-40), once daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
