What Causes Stomach Pain With Active Bladder?

good afternoon. roughly 7 days ago I had stomach pain with an active bladder, aches and pains, chills, but no coughing or fever. that lasted about 2 days. I took dayquill and nightquill which seemed to help. but on day three and since then I have had an headache, and eye pain in my right eye. as of last night I have been feeling the need to vomit, and have felt vertigo. what do you think it is and should I go to an urgent care. I have been waiting to see if it got better and really cant afford to miss work. thanks for the advice

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Sounds to be due to bacterial infection most likely (which can be there without fever or coughing).
- prescription of antiemetic and PPI as omeprazole to be consumed
- paracetamol if no history of drug sensitivity
- discuss the need for antibiotics with your primary care provider.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
