What Causes Stomach Pain, Weight Loss And Loss Of Appetite?
My girlfriend has had stomach pains (abdominal pains), Nausea, weight loss loss of appetite, and fatigue for over a month now approximately a month and a half. She went to the doctor a month and a half ago, and they thought it was Calitis(?) I'm trying to help figure it out because the doctors haven't been much help.

I really appreciate your concern, colitis could be due to infection or it could be without the infection, but the important is the final diagnosis, the most near possibility would be hyperacidity and it has to be given try first and for that I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day hope this information helps.
