Hello,

Even though a thorough clinical and gynecological assessment required to reach a diagnosis, most likely you had an ectopic pregnancy on the left side (especially if you are sexually active), which came out as a tube-ovarian mass in the ultrasound.

Otherwise, it could be any kind of turbo ovarian mass, commonest being an endometrial mass, or due to some kind of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). If I were your doctor, I would also go for a serum HCG estimation to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. I would also refer you to a gynecologist for a possible diagnostic or therapeutic laparoscopy procedure in case of need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. M Y Shareef
