What Causes Stomach Pain And Terrible Diarrhea After Changing Cymbalta 30mg To 60mg For Fibromyalgia?
Went from taking 30mg. of Cymbalta a day,to taking 60mg.a day.Have been on the 60mg. for about 6 weeks. All of a sudden last week developed stomach pains and terrible diarrhea that will not stop.The 30mg.did not help my pain as well as the 60mg. Was prescribed Cymbalta for fibromyalgia.

Most likely related to the sloughing of intestine flora via intake of Cymbalta for a certain period in 60 mg dose.
Dose adjustment of the same with plenty of liquids, probiotics with lactobacillus will surely cover up the issue as early as possible.
