What Causes Stomach Cramps, Vaginal Contraction And Pelvis Cramps?

I am having light stomach cramps all over, some vaginal contracting and pelvis cramps. Period is due in next 4-5 days and i already took a test but came back negative. What else could be. I spot alot between periods as well but that may be due to fibroids. Help !

Hello,

Urine pregnancy test usually becomes positive 4 to 5 days after missed periods, as hCG, hormones, level needs to be raised to get detected in test kit. Test done prior to expected date is not much useful. Repeat test after 4- 5 days. Fibroid do result in pain during bleeding and even prior to onset of bleeding. You can take pain medications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
