What Causes Stomach Cramps And Constipation?
I have stomach cramps for the last 4 days and have been prescribed SPASFON (2tbsX2 Times) and Paracetamol (2tbsX 3times).. I faced acute constipation for the first two days causing severe unrest and sleeplessness.
I had no vomiting, loose motion or fever all the while
Urine report is OK
I have reduced the dosage and stools are intermittent. Reduced diets to fruits, fibrous bread, soups.
Pls suggest if metrogyl 400 or any alternative prescription.

You can take metrogyl along with ciprofloxacin .. And continue spaspofan ........ Take lactobacillus tablet 3times a day for 2 days
