Hi,

I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms could be due to drug induced gastritis and it must be associated with hyperacidity and you might not be able explained the symptoms in proper way because the burning sensation may be in gastric region and not in intestine but it could be referred sensation, I would suggest to try antacid liquid with local anesthetic effect with Tab Omeprazole, Try to avoid the oily and spicy food.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain Shaikh
