Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I HAVE STOMACH BURNING SINCE LAST 7 TO 8 MONTH AFTER TYPIFIED FEVER IN LAST YEAR. AFTER THAT WE TAKE PROPER TREATMENT OF TYPIFIED ( MONOSEFF INJECTION AND OTHER MEDICINE) TYPIFIED REPORT IS NORMAL AT THAT TIME BUT BURNING IN ABDOMINAL IS INCREASE DAY BY DAY . AFTER CONSULT WITH DR. RAKESH ANANAD THEY ADVICE FOR ENDOSCOPY AND THE REPORT OF ENDOSCOPY IS NORMAL. THEY GAVE ME SOME MEDICINE LIKE SUCRAL SYRUP AND MEDICINE BUT THERE IS NO ANY IMPROVEMENT I WANT TO KNOW BUT THE PROBLEM ??????????
I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms could be due to drug induced gastritis and it must be associated with hyperacidity and you might not be able explained the symptoms in proper way because the burning sensation may be in gastric region and not in intestine but it could be referred sensation, I would suggest to try antacid liquid with local anesthetic effect with Tab Omeprazole, Try to avoid the oily and spicy food.
Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain Shaikh
