Hi

History of excess white discharge or blood tinged discharge occurs in vaginal infections.A course of antibiotics can be taken in case of bacterial or fungal infections.

Abdominal pain can also occur in case of infections.Any history of vaginal bleeding should be ruled out.Pelvic ultrasound may required to rule out any pelvic pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
