What Causes Spotting Through The Urinary Tract?

I seem to be spottiing slightly (for past two days) from both vaginal and urinary opening (I've really carefully checked both openings with small bits of t/p). No unusual cramps, just back pain (due to herniated disks) which I always have (altho tonite seems more pronounced). I am 62 y/o, 5'8", 260#, otherwise good health (per last health panel in 4/11), tubes tied 1985, never any kids, no hormone therapy ever, never went thru any "change"/hot flashes, and last time I had sex was in early 2008. I'm concerned. I have no insurance.
