Hello dear Understand your concern Spotting 3week and 2 days after abortion is not normal. Bleeding generally start 1-4 hour after if you had medical abortion. Medical abortion process will complete in 4-6 days and normal period will come on regular date. In surgical abortion also bleeding will stop in 4-7 days. I think you have retain product of conception or ectopic pregnancy that continue bleed. I advice you to consult the gynecologist and go for vaginal examination and USG scan. Retain product of pregnancy should be treated by misoprostol or by D & C. Ectopic pregnancy should be treated by surgery. Vaginal infection also cause spotting. Should be diagnosed by swab test and urine test. Treatment is antibiotic course. Rash in itching on thigh and labia may be due to contact dermatitis (due to continuous use of pad) and associated with vaginal/pelvic infection or allergy to cosmetic and chemical soap. I generally give following advice in this type of case: Wear pure cotton pad and change frequently. Keep the area clean and dry. Apply apple cidar vinegar and wash the vagina with warm salted water. Apply ointment of clotirmazole + neomycin + betamethasone twice daily. Wear pure cotton loose undergarments. If not resolves you should have to use prescribed flucanazole plus azithromycin drug.
