Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Conception is unlikely when on contraceptive pills. Spotting may not be due to any disease or pathology. If the spotting or vaginal bleeding continues for long period of time, then you can consult your gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
