On fri night I find that my throat is not feeling well already then on sat morning I woke up I realise my ear is block & on sun morning I go to my nearest clinic to see doctor & the doctor due to I have a sore throat & running nose & cough so it cause my eustabin tube get inflammation the doctor give me antibotic, flu & cough medicine I take a few days already but still not alright & due to I am pregnant I am worry that this problem will long term
- Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.
- Do warm saline gargles.
- Take proper course of antibiotics along with antiinflammatory medications.
- Apply mist humidifiers in room.
- Avoid cold carbonated beverages.
You should visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get paranasal sinus x-ray done along with blood tests and start treatment after proper diagnosis.
