What Causes Small Inflamed Bumps Inside The Anus?

question: I've had blood in my urine last year and went to my doctor for it. I forgot what he actually said, but for what I remembered he wasn't at all too concerned, believing it was just an infection. I've noticed now that the surrounding of the hole of my anus is red. It's looks shiny and it's very sensitive. Looking back, I'd say it was like this for a while but I haven't really put much thought into it until recently. Wiping doesn't really hurt unless I wipe hard enough. I don't know how to self-prostate exam (if one even exists) but it really does hurt if I try to feel the area. Also, it kind of looks like there are small, inflamed bumps almost inside my anus. I've never had sex before, I’m young, and I’m male. Is it an infection? Will it go away? Thank you.
