What Causes Skin Allergy With Irritation, Inflammation And Rashes?

hi..i have been suffering some kind of skin allergy for last 3-4 years. i have to take citrizin after every 2 days id i dont i feel irrtation, inflammation, itching and rashes on whole body. i feel this inflammation even in my eyes..i am also allegic from some pain killers like disprin, combiflame etc..same problem happens if i take these medicine..

Hello.

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make following suggestions for you:

1. I usually suggest such my patients combination of montelukast and levocetirizine or fexofenadine rather than antihistamine like cetirizine alone.

2. I would also suggest you to apply lotion like calamine over itchy areas.

3. I would also suggest you to regularly apply moisturizer immediately after bath to retain moisture in skin.

4. I usually prescribe my such patients a good multivitamin-multimineral supplement and especially vitamin E, D and zinc for a few weeks.

5. In general, please avoid too hot and too spicy foods. I would suggest you to avoid wearing tight-fitting woolen clothes as much as possible.
