CEA is carcinoembryonic antigen that can be elevated in many conditions both benign and malignant like ....... 1.Infection 2.IBD 3.Pancreatitis 4.Some benign tumour 5.Smokers 6.Intestine malignancy 7.Lung malignancy etc..... As dyspnea also present respiratory causes has to be searched for like infection or lung malignancy .Chest x ray done for it , if needed then more specific investigation done like CT scan ..
