Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, my girlfriend and I have been trying to have sex for the past few months..she is 27 and was/is a virgin. We have tried 6 times and I have managed to get full penetration 2 times with the aid of lubricant. She feels a lot of pain and we always have to stop trying.. even the last time we tried she was feeling too much pain for me to penetrate more than an inch or so. She is always very wet when we try. Is this normal?
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
From the description of her problem, it appears that she may be having a condition called Vaginismus. This is a condition where there is a painful spasm of the vagina, which makes it difficult for penetration.
The treatment of this problem would first involve a detailed evaluation. So, I would suggest that she has a consultation with a gynecologist for a examination and evaluation.
Wish you all the best.
