What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain After Having Sex?
I had sex with my partner this morning and after I got severe lower abdominal pain. I also felt like I was about to pass out and got very dizzy and then started throwing up. Since then I have had the pain in my lower tummy and cannot move. I took paracetamol but it doesn t seem to be helping.

Most probable cause is infection of cervix or vagina. You should start on appropriate antibiotics . it should be fine in 7-10 days.
