Hi,

Your symptoms might be due to classic migraine / tension headache or an outcome of any underlying pathology like sinusitis, refractive errors, stress, exposure to gadgets, excess light noise.

I advise you to:
1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen / paracetamol and Triptans a course
2. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
3. Do ENT and eye check up done to rule out pathology if any
4. Relaxation and stretching exercises
5. Have caffeine drinks

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
