What Causes Severe Hair Fall Having The Thyroid Normal And Elevated Cholesterol?

I have a Free T4 level of .93 and a TSH of 1.88, I have elevated cholestrol, something I never had before, Losing a softball size amount of hair daily, tired all the time, and gained 70 lbs in a year that I am having trouble losing. Every dr says i have the signs of a thyroid problem but all say numbers are normal. BTW I am a 33 year old female
