What Causes Severe Bloating And Fat Build Up Around The Stomach?

I have PBC, i am experiencing sever bloating and fat build up around my stomach, I feel the ursodiol is not working as it should and feel i need further evualation/work up on my liver. how do i convience my doctor. I don't want this to get too far out of control. I feel that i am at risk of getting Rhabdo, renal failure or even liver failure at this time. this is very stressful
