What Causes Severe Back And Pelvic Pain With Brown Discharge?
I had the copper coil fitted just over 2 months ago, and my doctor told me I had suffered cervical shock as a result. For the past two weeks or so I have been getting severe back pain and lower pelvic pain and am passing brownish discharge and large clots. On a number of occasions sex has been painful and I cannot feel the strings. Any advice much appreciated.

We have to rule out possible causes like pelvic inflammatory disease.
Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
