What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Yellow/orange Diarrhea?
37 year old female with severe abdominal cramping and dark yellow/orange diarrhea. This has been going on for 2 days now. Highest temp so far has been 99.5 (taken a few minutes ago). History of kidney stones, but I'm pretty sure that's not the problem here. My husband is very concerned and wants me to be seen by a doctor. Is this serious?

This could be some kind of infection like bacterial, intestinal amoeboisis.
I would suggest you to consult to a Physician and get the checkup done.
Take a course of higher antibiotics and analgesics.
Take ORS solution at home 3-5 times to prevent dehydration.
