What Causes Sensitive Lower Stomach Above Hip?

Lower left stomach above my left hip is very sensitive to touch its distended also and trying to feel it with any pressure makes it ticklish and a bit uncomfortable and unbearable is there any advice as im getting an scan on my lower abdomen soon and im aftraid i wont be able to stand the pressure the doctor will put on my left side thank you

Dear have you passed stools?? You may be constipated with distended bowel with pain or other possibilities like left ureteric caliculi or left inguinal hernia, etc.. Please consult your surgeon he will advice ultrasound scan and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask
