What Causes Ringing In The Ears And Dizziness?
four months ago i had a suspected t i a and was put on crestor and aspirin i have had all the test done and everything is ok there is no problems, i stopped taking the crestor about 5 weeks ago as i was getting a lot of side effects i still dont feel the same as before i have ringing in the ears and some days get a bit dizzy with sudden movements then it goes away

It may be due to BPPV.
For that you may require tablet betahistine after ENT consultation.
Continue epley maneuver.
Avoid sudden head movement.
Keep your self hydrated
