What Causes Redness And Itching With Wheezing?

I just had an reaction to my allergy shot: Threw up, rash, redness, trouble breathing, etc. The office is now closed for a holiday party so I can't return. I am still red and itchy and wheezing a little but not life threatening. Do I need to go to an emergency room?

Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. As you have only a little wheezing, I would suggest you to use an rescue inhaler like salbutamol or levosalbutamol. Rescue inhaler does not improve your symptoms, then you should go to emergency room.

2. I would also suggest you to take an antihistamine like cetirizine as you also have rash, redness, etc.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Wish you the best of the health ahead.

Thank you & Regards.
