Hi well basically im not sure if I have an STD or something called a yeast infection but my symptoms are my penis head there are small faded red dots and it doesn t smell the nicest either, and ive been having abdominal pains and at first I just thought it was something to do with my diet and that s when I noticed the small red dots. An answer would help me out a lot as I have a girlfriend and I dont feel comfortable with telling her about this but I will if its an STD. Thank you for your time.
