What Causes Red Circles With White Spots On The Chest?
Red circles with white dots suddenly appeared on my husband's chest and arms. They don't itch or hurt. The white turns flaky. He is 64 years old, 5'7", and weighs 165lbs and had skin cancer before. He also has a big scab on top of his head that is very crusty. He was exposed to a lot of sun during the Vietnam war and in Panama. He also wears a defibrilator.
