My son has a red bumpy itchy rash all over, it has been 2 weeks now. He had Strep Throat 3 weeks ago with hives, my dermatologist thinks it is viral because of the Strep, my pediatrician thinks its an Allergy Crash and the Infectious Disease Doctor thought it was Scabies, but we did a biopsy which came back negative and the dermatologists (3) do not think that Scabies is the problem. His Allergy bloodwork came back slightly allergic to milk, eggs and dogs but so slight that it would not cause this rash.

I do not know what else to do, or who I should see next an Allergists, and Immunologist??? Please Help
