had radation 16yrs ago for cervical cancer after radical hyst. years ago developed red bumps on valva had some removed they wh[ere tested and i forgot name of them they told me. they said it was from the radiation. they said if i have some more removed they could come back. i

You may have radiation injury to your vulva. No need to worry. If it is there for 16 years then don't worry about that. If aby new lesion appears then you should go for biopsy.
