I am 33 yrs old and for the last 13 days i havebeen on a 1200 cal diet. 3 days ago I thought I had a UTI because I keep feeling like I had to pee and 5 time out of 10 I would not. I did not have the burning sensation when peeing just realy bad stomach cramping for a day then nothing. But today I saw bright red blood in my stool. I wanted to know what could it be?Realy scared it may be cancer signed stressed out.
