I go a skin rash day before yesterday. It is red in color and many in number on my forearms (front and back) a little bit above elbow two. Right and left thigh have a few red spots two. If I stretch the skin on the sides of these red spots (having very minute white top on some of the spots, others are only red spots skin slightly swollen) it becomes flat white original skin. It is not itching and not painful. I have no fever, no headache, no stomach problems. I did not take any medicine before this skin problem (allergy I might say). However, I have taken food at a restaurant where i normally do not go. I ate chicken salad (chicken with tomato cucumbers and red cabbage plus onion) as first course and I ate marinated chicken with bread and rice as second course. I drank sour milk with that. I had a long meeting after that (4 hours) the weather was hot (38) and the AC was not working. I came back home after that and I changed the office wear (jacket, tie, shirt and trousers). I saw this red rash on my forearms and upper thigh. It did not increase after that. I got a medicine from a doctor (russian name of medicine is poraktiv) it is antialllergy table. I have taken one on first evening. second yesterday at lunch and third today morning. These spots are fading in color today but very slowly. It looks like only a very small change. And that these are clearly visible even now. Can you explain what is this and what type of allergy this could be and what should be the treatment? Thank you.
