Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, can understand your concerns. Underarm Rash can be due to many causes like fungal infection, allergic Rash, underarm sweat Rash, early signs of HIV infection, Contact dermatitis or worm infection. I suggest you to do HIV test of child. There are some home remedies which you can follow like we are loose clothes, apply ice packs to reduce itching, apply Vitamin E oil on aloe vera oil, increase Vitamin C intake to reduce skin infection, swipe slice of lemon under your armpit to help kill bacteria. I hope this will help you. Take care.
