Hi, for 3days I have ached all over, been lethargic with high temp, sensitive skin everywhere and a feeling of trapped wind in my chest, left side worse, although my breathing has been fine and I have had no other cold symptoms. Today I feel a lot better but have itchy pimply little red spots with yellow heads mainly on the left side of my chest & frontal torso....although there are a couple elsewhere also. I have taken no meds, just slept, apetite & fluid intake ok. Any ideas what this rash is?
