What Causes Rapid Heart Beat And Chest Pain?
hi my friend`s heart is off beat and beating faster ten normal. its causing him chest pains, low blood pressure and his having troubles breathing the doctor he went to doesnt have an explanation for us gave him meds and said if they dont work they are going to have to do an exploratory surgery on him. I was wondering if you would happen to know what is wrong?

No i dont think so that there is an urgent need of exploration on the basis of just fast heart rate etc you need to undergo thorough work up for your heart before embarking upon anything like exploration
