What Causes Pressure On Stomach While Taking Gerd Medicine?

I am thirty years old and have had ekg's and a sonogram of my heart a few years back. I was told everything was fine but I lately I am having a flip floppy, pressure after I eat and when I lie down and can't tell if it's my heart or stomach. I have gerd and take medication for it daily. Along with this pressure that I feel which I feel in my abdomin and throat I feel really full and have hardly eaten anything. Should I see a doctor about possible gerd complications?

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
your query being appreciated, if it is the hypertension then it has to be treated with specific medicines and it can not be taken as granted, other symptoms that mimic cardiac disease may be due to GERD I would suggest to try Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for that and it has to be taken for six week, better to take the dose in evening time only, avoid taking heavy meal, coffee, alcohol, smoking prior to bed, hope this information helps.
