Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
To my opinion it is pre labor preparation by the womb. Pressure that you are feeling could be due to baby's head trying to go down in the pelvis.
Small amount of discharge happens if cervix starts to become loose.
Ideally this all should happen after 37 weeks.
So as of now please take rest, if symptoms persist or increase please visit your obstetric unit at the earliest.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
