For the past 2 weeks every night when I go to bed I will fall asleep but after 30 minutes to an hour I wake to my heart feeling like its beating out of my chest. I have been diagnosed with GAD. I take 0.5Mg of klonipin when needed. I take a pill when I have these sleeps but I don t see where they are helping. I also have mitral valve prolapse.
