I have red, painful itchy patches of what appears to be a rash on both my feet. They started off as tiny red spots then with scratching have turned into larger bruise like spots. The left foot is worse than the right. Started about 2 days ago and last night my shins were itching, I was scratching, and Now I have long red lines where I scrathed. Nothing is raised, all flat, and warm to touch on my feet. What could this be?.
